1. What are the levels in the Journeys All Access program?
The program has three tiers based on your annual spending at Journeys and Journeys Kidz:

2. How can I earn points?
You earn points on every purchase you make at Journeys and Journeys Kidz.
- Members in the General Admission and Front Row levels earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
- Members in the Ultimate Access level earn 20 points for every $1 spent (a double-points rate).
You can cash in these earned points for reward discounts on future purchases.
3. What shipping benefits do I get for joining Journeys All Access?
All members, regardless of their level (General Admission, Front Row, or Ultimate Access), receive free ground shipping all day, every day. There is no minimum purchase required for this benefit.
4. How do rewards work and how long do they last?
Points you earn can be exchanged for rewards (coupons) to use on your next shopping trip.
- Usage Limit: You can only use one (1) reward per transaction.
- Expiration: All rewards expire 30 days after you claim the offer.

If you already have a Journeys online account, you can simply “Sign In” to see your current status and begin enjoying the perks of the Journeys All Access program. Your previous history may determine your initial level.
