What is the Enterprise Plus Program?
The Enterprise Plus Program is Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s free-to-join loyalty program that rewards frequent renters. Members earn points for every dollar spent on qualifying rentals, which can be redeemed for free rental days.
How much does it cost to join Enterprise Plus?
Membership in the Enterprise Plus Program is completely free. You can join online or at any participating branch location.
How do I earn points?
You earn one point for every qualifying dollar spent on rentals at participating Enterprise locations worldwide. As you achieve higher elite tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum), you earn bonus points on top of the base rate.
What are Enterprise Plus points worth?
Points can be redeemed for free rental days on any available car, any day, at thousands of participating locations worldwide. There are no blackout dates for point redemption.
What does a “free rental day” cover?
A free rental day covers the base rate (time and mileage charges) only. It does not cover applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, refueling, or optional products like damage waiver or GPS. These charges remain the responsibility of the renter.
Do my points ever expire?
No. Your Enterprise Plus points do not expire as long as you remain an active member with at least one qualifying rental or points-earning event (like an annual promotion) every three years.
What are the different membership tiers?
The program has four tiers, which offer increasing benefits like bonus points and complimentary vehicle upgrades:
- Plus (Base tier)
- Silver (Requires 6 qualifying rentals in a calendar year)
- Gold (Requires 12 qualifying rentals or 40 rental days in a calendar year)
- Platinum (Requires 24 qualifying rentals or 85 rental days in a calendar year)
Do rentals with National Car Rental count toward Enterprise Plus status?
Yes. Because Enterprise and National Car Rental share an alliance, qualifying National rentals in the United States may count toward your Enterprise Plus tier status, provided you select Enterprise Plus as your preferred Frequent Traveler Earning Partner in your National Emerald Club profile.
How do I redeem my points for a free rental day?
You can redeem your points online:
- Sign in to your Enterprise Plus account on the website or app.
- Start a new reservation, and before selecting a vehicle, choose the option to “Pay in Points” or “Redeem Points.”
- The system will show you the points required for different vehicle classes on your chosen dates.
